You went to the doctors. You did the tests. You cut the foods. You have a drawer of lab results, a shelf of supplements that were each supposed to be the answer, and a diet that gets narrower every year.
Each practitioner found something. Each one treated their piece.
And you still don't feel well.
Somewhere along the way you started keeping the whole story in your own head, because you're the only one who has ever heard all of it.
This is not a failure of the practitioners you've seen. Most of them were probably right about their piece. The gastroenterologist was right about your gut. The lab was right about your thyroid numbers. The nutritionist was right that certain foods make things worse.
The problem is that nobody's job was the whole case. Modern care is built for single problems with single answers. Your case stopped being that kind of case years ago.
When symptoms cross systems — gut to head, thyroid to energy, food to skin — the answer isn't more testing or another specialist. It's someone sitting down with everything, all at once, and finding the pattern that's been there the whole time.
That is the work I do.
I'm Dr. Adam Tice, a naturopathic physician in Sedona, Arizona. I've spent more than twenty years in the healing arts, and the cases that come to me now are almost all the same shape: a woman with a long history, a thick file, and no coherent story connecting it.
My method is old-fashioned. I read everything. I listen to the whole timeline — not just the symptoms, but when they started and what was happening in your life when they did. Then I look for what connects them.
I'm trained across naturopathic medicine, classical homeopathy, functional testing, and nutrition. That range matters less than what it allows: I can look at a conventional lab, a functional finding, and your lived experience without needing your case to fit one framework.
Most complex cases don't need more interventions. They need fewer things, in the right order, chosen by someone who has seen the whole picture.
You submit up to 3 lab reports (25 pages max) and your history. I study them before we ever talk.
90 minutes together, in person in Sedona or by telemedicine. Your full story, start to finish. The records. The pattern behind the symptoms.
Your written Case Clarity Brief arrives: four pages that bring your whole case together in one place, with a clear recommendation for what comes next.
No membership. No pressure. The Review is complete on its own — and if I believe further care would serve you, I'll say so plainly. If it wouldn't, I'll say that too.
Apply for a Complex Case ReviewYour timeline, told back to you coherently. Many patients say this page alone is the first time they've felt fully heard.
What connects, what's established, what's uncertain, and what may have been over- or under-emphasized along the way.
The three questions your case turns on, immediate steps you can take regardless of what you decide, and what not to change indiscriminately.
My honest clinical recommendation. For some, independent next steps. For others, specialist referral. For some, continued work with me.
It's yours to keep, whatever you decide. Some patients take it to their own providers and use it as a road map. That's a fine outcome.

Probably not. The Review is built for long, complicated histories. If your concern is recent and contained, a standard visit with a local practitioner will serve you better — and cost you less.
The Review still works. Your history holds most of the pattern. If testing is needed, that becomes part of my recommendation.
You'll receive a clear recommendation for your next step. For some, the Review is sufficient on its own. For others, I may recommend continued care — that decision comes after I've studied your case, not before.
No. I work alongside conventional care, not against it. Part of my job is telling you when a specialist is exactly who you need.
Telemedicine is available. Fit for your location is confirmed during the application process.
No. I promise sustained attention, honest pattern recognition, and a coherent direction. In complex cases, that is usually what's been missing — and it changes what becomes possible.
If your health history has become fragmented across symptoms, practitioners, and treatment plans — apply. The application takes five minutes. I read every one personally, and you'll hear back within two business days.
